Nicole (she/her) is a Learning Experience Designer at Germinate Aotearoa

Nicole is passionate about learning, storytelling, and knowledge-sharing, with over a decade of experience in education and learning design. She holds a Bachelor of Education in Primary School Teaching and a Postgraduate Diploma in Tertiary Education, providing her with a strong foundation in diverse learning needs.

Currently, she is enhancing her creative skills with a Certificate in Graphic Design, continuously learning, to stay at the forefront of innovation in her field.

Nicole has extensive experience across a variety of industries, where she has designed and delivered impactful training programs for staff and contributed to public health and safety initiatives. Her talent for simplifying complex information and creating engaging, accessible content ensures her work leaves a meaningful and lasting impression on her audience.

Outside of work, Nicole is a proud mother of three boys and enjoys the outdoors, cooking, playing music, and fishing.
